some friends cooked a wonderful lasagna dinner tonight. they told everyone that she is pregnant and he is responsible and they are excited about their (literally) growing future together. they looked truly happy, receiving so many callbacks from relatives.

some fantastic playoff basketball. Pads won. poker. fun.

i weigh 190 pounds. not sure how.

driving distances alone, with only your ipod and your thoughts is quite meditative and nice. there is a soothing rhythm to such travel, a natural quiet flow. an audiobook, some music, some comedy. mix it up. think about
